Fourteen More Creeps Plead Guilty in Vegas HOA Scam

It’s taken a while, but a massive plea bargain deal has been worked out for fourteen more men and women who helped rig elections in Nevada Homeowner Associations, and then steer million of dollars in dues and assessments to law firms and management companies. A fifteenth person scheduled to plead guilty didn’t show because of an illness.

A couple more lawyers made the list, Brian Jones and Jeanne Winkler.

The most notable names were Frank Sutton, retired Las Vegas police captain, retired officer Lt. Benjamin Kim, and former police officer Morris Mattingly.

BTW, will the last police officer leaving Las Vegas please turn out the lights?
